Off the Strugglebus
strug·gle·bus
noun: a metaphorical depiction of a difficult situation one has to navigate
commonly used in the public sector when folks are overworked and under-resourced.
Off the Strugglebus is a podcast for millennials who work in the public sector, navigating the space between scarcity and abundance.
We join this sector for a cause, but a lot of times, we overlook our needs as an individual. There’s no roadmap and so many of us are burnt out.
We spend so much time working for the benefit of others, but this podcast helps remind us:
We need to get our health, intentions, and money right.
Join us in some lighthearted and sometimes deep conversation with experts and practitioners sharing notes about how we can collectively get off the strugglebus.
Topics Include
